Step out of the crowd & into our family of believers! The Growth Track is designed to help you discover your purpose and step into the calling God has placed on your life. Each of us are gifted with a unique personality and spiritual gift(s), and this process helps you operate in your gifting. The Growth Track is designed to help you learn more about the church while also learning how you can make a difference for Jesus.

Step 1 — Planted
Every 1st Sunday of the month
At Step 1, you’ll learn about the history and mission of the church, explore how our church is governed, discover how to get planted, and see how you can be a part of what God is doing at River of Life.
Step 2 — Discover Your Design
Every 2nd Sunday of the month
At Step 2, you'll take a personality and spiritual gifts profile to discover how God uniquely wired you to make an eternal difference.
Step 3 — Make an Impact
Every 3rd Sunday of the month
At Step 3, We'll help you take your next step, try something new, and discover the place where you’ll grow, thrive, and make a difference. God designed us to live in relationship with others, and we want to make that easy through groups and teams.

What is Growth Track?
Growth Track is a three-step workshop designed to help you discover your purpose. Each of us have been gifted, and the Growth Track is designed to help you operate in your gifting. This is the best way to get connected to the church. In step 1, you will learn all about how the history of our church, Next Steps we offer to you, what we believe, and about our church leadership. In step 2, you will learn about your personality traits, your spiritual gifts, and how to use them to serve God. In step 3, you'll meet Dream Team leaders that will help you get plugged in to the teams that you're interested in.
When is Growth Track?
The Growth Track is every 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Sunday of each month. Step 1 is on the 1st Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm. Step 2 is on the 2nd Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm. Step 3 is on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm.
Is this a membership course?
River of Life recognizes the importance for formal membership at a church. During the Growth Track, you will have the opportunity to become a member of River of Life. However, if you decide you do not want to be a member at ROL, that's okay! We are always happy to help you find a church home that is right for you.
Do I have to attend every step of the Growth Track?
Yes! To be a graduate of the Growth Track, you must attend Step 1, 2, and 3.
Is Childcare provided?
Childcare is provided for your children. If you need childcare, please let us know when you register (There is a place to mark childcare on the Registration Form).
Will there be food?
Yes! We will feed you lunch at Step 1, 2, and 3.
