The Growth Track is designed to help you discover your purpose and step into the calling God has placed on your life. Each of us are gifted with a unique personality and spiritual gift(s), and this class helps you operate in your gifting. The Growth Track is designed to help you learn more about the church while also learning how you can make a difference for Jesus.
This three-part class is held on consecutive Sundays. Step 1 will be on the 1st Sunday of the month immediately following the third service. Step 2 will be on the 2nd Sunday of the month immediately following the third service. Step 3 will be on the 3rd Sunday of the month immediately following the third service. What is Growth Track?
Growth Track is a three-step workshop designed to help you discover your purpose. Each of us have been gifted, and the Growth Track is designed to help you operate in your gifting. This is the best way to get connected to the church. In step 1, you will learn all about how the history of our church, Next Steps we offer to you, what we believe, and about our church leadership. In step 2, you will learn about your personality traits, your spiritual gifts, and how to use them to serve God. In step 3, you'll meet Dream Team leaders that will help you get plugged in to the teams that you're interested in.
When is Growth Track?
The Growth Track is every 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Sunday of each month. Step 1 is on the 1st Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm. Step 2 is on the 2nd Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm. Step 3 is on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm. Graduates of the Growth Track will receive an invitation to our Community Night where Dream Team leaders and the staff gather to celebrate, worship, and welcome graduates to the family.
Is this a membership course?
River of Life recognizes the importance for formal membership at a church. During the Growth Track, you will have the opportunity to become a member of River of Life. However, if you decide you do not want to be a member at ROL, that's okay, too! We are always happy to help you find a church home that is right for you.
Where is Growth Track located?
All 3 steps are located in Building 1. If you can’t find it, no worries! Members of the Growth Track team will be in the Main Lobby holding a Growth Track sign. They will direct you to the location of our meeting space.
Do I have to attend every step of the Growth Track?
Yes! To be a graduate of the Growth Track, you must attend Step 1, 2, and 3.
Is Childcare provided?
Childcare is provided for your children. If you need childcare, please let us know when you register (There is a place to mark childcare on the Registration Form).
Will there be food?
Yes! We will feed you lunch at Step 1, 2, and 3.
