What is Growth Track?
Growth Track is a three-step workshop designed to help you discover your purpose. Each of us have been gifted, and the Growth Track is designed to help you operate in your gifting. This is the best way to get connected to the church. In step 1, you will learn all about how the history of our church, Next Steps we offer to you, what we believe, and about our church leadership. In step 2, you will learn about your personality traits, your spiritual gifts, and how to use them to serve God. In step 3, you'll meet Dream Team leaders that will help you get plugged in to the teams that you're interested in.
When is Growth Track?
The Growth Track is every 1st, 2nd, & 3rd Sunday of each month. Step 1 is on the 1st Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm. Step 2 is on the 2nd Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm. Step 3 is on the 3rd Sunday of the month from 1-2:30pm.
Is this a membership course?
River of Life recognizes the importance for formal membership at a church. During the Growth Track, you will have the opportunity to become a member of River of Life. However, if you decide you do not want to be a member at ROL, that's okay! We are always happy to help you find a church home that is right for you.
Do I have to attend every step of the Growth Track?
Yes! To be a graduate of the Growth Track, you must attend Step 1, 2, and 3.
Is Childcare provided?
Childcare is provided for your children. If you need childcare, please let us know when you register (There is a place to mark childcare on the Registration Form).
Will there be food?
Yes! We will feed you lunch at Step 1, 2, and 3.
