Dr. Mark Williams

Pastor Chuck Ramsey

Mark L. Williams serves as the third assistant general overseer of the Church of God. He previously served as general overseer for the Church God, the highest leadership
role in the denomination, 2012-2016, and as second assistant general overseer from 2008-2012. Williams began his ministerial career as an evangelist. Pastorates include
South Cleveland Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee; Riverhills Church, Tampa, Florida; and North Cleveland Church of God, Cleveland, TN—the founding church of the
denomination. He also served the Church of God as a member of the International Executive Council and the state overseer of California/Nevada. Williams earned a B.A.
from Lee University, an M.Div. and a D.Min. from Pentecostal Theological Seminary and was awarded an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Lee University in 2010. He is married to Reverend Sandra Kay Williams, and they have two sons.

Chuck Ramsey is the Lead Pastor of Restoration Church, a vibrant, Holy Spirit–filled community in Alpharetta, Georgia. Raised in small-town Virginia in a pastor’s home, Pastor Chuck (known to many as “PC”) developed a deep love for the presence and power of God from an early age. He began his ministry as a youth pastor and went on to travel across the nation, evangelizing at youth conferences and revival gatherings. Today, PC serves as a timely and prophetic voice, helping people anchor their lives in truth in the midst of a chaotic culture. Chuck has been married to his wife, Candace, for over 30 years and is the proud father of seven children and grandfather of nine. He treasures the years spent coaching football and faithfully raising and leading his family. Deeply committed to prayer, PC is known for boldly speaking truth and faithfully following Holy Spirit’s voice. His love for people is only rivaled by his deep love for God.​

Pastor Tim Bailey

Pastor Tim Bailey has served as the Lead Pastor of Mercy Ridge Church since 2014. His passion is to equip the church for the challenges of living a successful Christian life of influence and devotion.
Before becoming Lead Pastor of MRC, Pastor Tim served in a wide range of ministry roles for over 20 years as a pastor, volunteer, mentor, and business leader. He also currently serves as the Pastor Ambassador for C2 NextGen, a ministry designed to raise up the next generation of ministry leaders.
Pastor Tim and his wife, Heather, reside in Rock Spring, GA and have 5 children.

Dr. Tony Stewart

Tony D. Stewart was elected as the first assistant general overseer to the International Executive Committee of the Church of God, Cleveland, Tennessee, at the 79 th General Assembly, Indianapolis, Indiana, in 2024. Previously, he served two years as the second assistant general overseer (2022-2024); four years (2014-2016) on the Church of God International Executive Council; two years (2014-2016) as the chair, and also served ten years on the Church of God
World Missions Board of Directors. Together, he and his wife, Kaci, have over twenty two years in ministry, including pastoring a local church for over 19 years. They are the proud parents of two daughters, Bayli, and Hadli.​
