Purpose: To manage and oversee all production equipment and teams at the River of Life Church, contribute to broader weekly operational support, and assist with production responsibilities as needed.

Experience and Knowledge Required:
- One year experience in video production or broadcast environment.
- Basic understanding of audio, video, and lighting systems, equipment, and concepts.
- Intermediate Mac and PC proficiency
- Familiarity with ProPresenter, Allen & Heath Consoles, Onyx/Obsidian Lighting software and console, Resi, BlackMagic, various projector interfaces.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Relational and team-building skills
- Oversee all audio, video, and lighting elements for all services and events at ROL
- Serve as primary troubleshooting and management contact for audio, video, and lighting systems at River of Life, including: updating hardware, software, and equipment firmware; regularly cleaning and maintaining projectors and other equipment; loading and programming content for services and events; and managing Dream Teamers
- Manage and oversee the operation of all production equipment in distributed systems, including River Kids, pre-school/nursery, and conference rooms
- Serve as the primary manager of all aspects of production Dream Team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, ministry relations, leadership development, appreciations, social events, and Planning Center database management
- Embody principles of healthy team culture so that an atmosphere of community, appreciation, and enjoyment is present throughout Production DT
- Attend Staff Leadership meetings with Pastor and assist other River of Life teams with campus-specific projects and tasks as needed
- Oversee organization, scheduling, and execution of weekly Production Development training events at River of Life
- Assist with the launch, oversight, and coordination of any future portable campuses launched in the Hamilton area
- Manage a system of leadership development to recruit, cultivate, and train future production DT leaders and develop their potential through character development, goal-setting, and increased aptitude
- Assist with equipment installation and maintenance as needed at state prisons/correctional facilities where River of Life services are held
- Communicate regularly with other Production team counterparts during the week to provide updates and receive guidance on systems and practices
- Oversee and maintain a system of management for services and events at River of Life, including checklists, troubleshooting documents, DT scheduling templates, and error log Maintain schedule of River of Life events, whether River of Life events or those hosted for an outside organization, to ensure that all production needs are met and events are staffed with appropriate Production personnel
- Assist with training, development, and mentoring of River of Life interns as needed
- Assist with production equipment set up and operation for River of Life services and events at any as needed
- Assist other River of Life departments with production and/or production equipment support
- Assist with facility maintenance and IT system maintenance as needed
- Contribute to upkeep and operational support of the production of the church as needed and directed by Pastor or direct oversight
- Participate in church-wide events
- Lead or co-lead a River of Life LifeGroup
- Other duties as assigned

- Daily contact with members of the River of Life staff (full-time and part-time, production coaches, production Dream Team, and other partner churches through various events.
- State government officials and staff at the State of Georgia correctional facilities
- Assist with setup or operation of production equipment as needed
- Equipment repair, maintenance, or installation at future ministry endeavors or campuses as needed Regular travel to River of Life for meetings
- Travel to off-site River of Life ministry opportunities, correctional facilities as needed
- Must be able to drive own vehicle or a River of Life Vehicle
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
